Experience
1993 – 1996 PPHW FURS MANUFACTURE Ltd.Co. – General Sales Assistant at R.Y.S.Z. Company , whilst I was there I learned how to help customers, I also dealt with stock control, stock rotation and general store duties. I was then promoted to being in charge of dealings with customers and traders, this raised my duties from basic sales and serving customers to refunds/exchanges, opening and closing the store, dealing with any customer complaints. I was also put in charge of other members of staff making sure that they are working well and the store was under control. Main duties involved business letters translation and interpreting during international fair in Frankfurt (Germany) and Poznań (Poland).
1998 – 2000 2- YEAR STAY IN ENGLAND- Work for construction firm.
2001 - 2007 Freelance translator
Cooperation with Honesty translation agency in Łódz and other agencies.
